selective breeding seems cruel to me

when we apply it to animals

we get pigs, chicken, sheep, cows

not better just more homogeneous

this can’t be applied to people

breed the perfected more homogeneous human

but they would all be from the same small genetic pool

therefore more prone to inbreeding deficits

less resilience to environmental changes

a less successful species

species must be always able to evolve

without this behavioural pattern we become an evolutionary dead end

with kindness and wishing for peace
